About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with children to implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 ABA therapy, teaching communication and social skills, collecting data to track progress, and collaborating with the therapy team.
About You
Required:
- RBT Certification OR completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children.
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT.
