About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver individualized therapy sessions either in-home or clinic-based, implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans, and collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a care team. You will also maintain program documentation, communicate progress to parents, and provide basic care as needed.
About You
Required:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for travel up to 20 miles from home
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
Preferred:
- RBT certification (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience working with children, especially with ASD
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
