Summary
ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Wayne, PA. The role involves supporting individuals with autism and teaching daily living and social skills.
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals with autism in various settings, including homes and community centers. Your responsibilities will include implementing training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collecting and summarizing data, and collaborating with clinical teams. You will also have opportunities for career advancement and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
About You
Required:
High-school diploma or equivalent.
Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance.
Ability to attend a 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
Preferred:
Experience working with children with autism.
Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
