About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), collect data to monitor progress, and support families in executing individualized treatment plans. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication with clients and their families while engaging in various physical activities to keep up with children aged 2-15.
About You
Required:
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
