About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual and possibly group sessions. You will collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, submit session notes, and support families in following behavioral strategies. Maintaining professionalism and effective communication is essential.
About You
Required:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
- Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
