All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for providing one-on-one ABA therapy, collecting and recording data on individual progress, and collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop behavior intervention plans. You will maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving therapy.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
