Already Autism Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician-PT to work 1:1 with children with autism in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing one-on-one behavioral interventions and teaching social, daily living, and communication skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will follow individual treatment plans, utilize the CentralReach practice management system for clinical data, manage challenging behaviors, and collaborate with BCBA and client families. You will provide services in various settings including home, clinic, and community.
About You
Required:
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
Valid driver’s license and transportation.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
Professional demeanor and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly based on circumstances.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations.
