About the Role
About You
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older if located in New Jersey).
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
- Ability to attend a 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism.

We can help clients in their homes, our centers, schools, or anywhere in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism.
