About the Role
About You
- Active RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour RBT training course recognized by the BACB or work experience as a BT in ABA.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- Ability to obtain CPR certification before employment start date.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team.
- Desire for ongoing professional development and training.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day.
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting.
