Summary
ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Murfreesboro, TN. The role involves supporting individuals with autism and implementing behavior analysis techniques.
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will support individuals with autism in various settings, including homes and community centers. Your responsibilities will include teaching daily living and social skills, collecting and organizing data, collaborating with clinical teams, and implementing training sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will also perform administrative duties to support operations.
About You
Required:
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance.
- Ability to attend a 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with autism.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
