About the Role
As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions, collect and record data on client progress, and communicate with parents regarding their child's progress. You will also develop teaching materials, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
About You
Required:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Background check clearance required upon hiring.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Reliability: Ability to keep to a weekly schedule.
- Access to transportation, whether it be a reliable vehicle or public transit.
