About the Role
As a Registered Cardiovascular Tech, you will assist in various cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional vascular and cardiac procedures. You will demonstrate competency in all positions (scrub, monitor, and float), analyze procedural data, and provide effective patient care to adults and geriatrics. You will also assist in precepting new employees and maintain inventory and charges for procedures.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Current certification as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Registry (RCIS).
- BCLS and ACLS certification required.
- IABP certification required within six months of hire date.
- Effective ECG and Hemodynamic recognition and interpretation.
Preferred:
- Graduate of an approved accredited program.
- At least one year of cardiac cath lab experience.
