About the Role
As a Registered Client Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and account maintenance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in client records, collaborating with advisors to enhance client experience, processing new accounts and service requests, and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, client service, or financial operations.
- Willingness to complete Series 65 within the first year if not currently registered.
Preferred:
- Series 65 license preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall technology aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to supporting client relationships.
