About the Role
As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with clients, executing money movement transactions, answering client inquiries, onboarding and maintaining client accounts, and supporting marketing strategies. You will also manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining travel itineraries, and assisting with general office support functions.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/Equivalency.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
Preferred:
- College degree.
- Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, and mutual funds.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
