About the Role
As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), you will welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, take high-quality digital X-rays, assist dentists during treatment procedures, educate patients about treatment options, and manage patient appointments. You will also uphold sterilization standards and create a warm atmosphere for patients.
About You
Required:
- A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
- Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing Certifications (training available for the right candidate).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
