- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- CRT-Registered Dietitian (RD) - CDR Commission on Dietetic Registration within 180 days.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
- Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
