About the Role
As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, evaluating nutritional care, and assisting in the development of nutrition education materials. You will also plan and modify diets as prescribed, monitor diet prescriptions, provide diet counseling, and assist in community programs and audits.
About You
Required:
- Registered Dietitian certification.
- Ability to assess the nutritional status of registrants.
Preferred:
- Clinical experience in Adult Day Care.
- Effective communication skills.
