About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for executing nursing practices including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The position requires participation in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care across various age groups.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience.
- Current licensure as RN in State of Minnesota.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Additional certifications such as CEN or CCRN.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
