Summary
Strategis Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (Care Center) for the DAY SHIFT, offering up to a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus in Springfield, GA.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Care Center, you will assist the Director of Nurses in planning, coordinating, and managing clinical services for residents. Your responsibilities include making rounds, assessing critical residents, assisting in emergencies, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and ensuring timely care for residents. You will also communicate with medical staff and maintain confidentiality while functioning in a semi-autonomous role in a dynamic environment.
About You
Required:
- Completion of Registered Nurse Training course of study.
- Must have and maintain an unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support CPR certification.
Preferred:
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and implementing care.
