About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for prescribing, coordinating, and delegating nursing care on a designated unit. You will work within a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring the delivery of quality mental health care. Your duties will include initiating restraints or seclusion when necessary, assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities, and promoting professional nursing practices.
About You
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required.
- Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew) required.
- Ability to manage patients with crisis prevention interventions.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred.
- Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
