About the Role
About You
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (clean license required).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent in-home hospice experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Northeast Houston and surrounding areas.
- Availability to attend in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
- Strong attention to detail with clinical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Kinnser / WellSky.
