About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the 5Medical unit, you will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients with various medical conditions. Your duties will include telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and patient evaluation. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and participate in shared governance initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
- Valid American Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
