About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will function as a care provider responsible for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish goals for patient care, collect and record nursing assessments, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
About You
Required:
- Current RN License in the state of Virginia or covered by compact.
- 1 year of RN experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Recent Behavioral Health experience.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification.
- De-Escalation Training.
- EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) Training.
