About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Endoscopy, you will be responsible for assessing patient status, implementing clinical nursing interventions, developing patient care plans, and ensuring a safe environment. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, including assessments and discharge instructions.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BLS Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred:
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
- Two years of RN experience in Critical Care Department.
- Completion of OR internship program.
- CNOR Certified Perioperative Nurse.
- SGNA Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates certification.
