About the Role
As a Staff Registered Nurse: Tertiary Care, you will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care, maintaining continuity of care, and ensuring accountability in nursing practices. You will collaborate with healthcare team members, develop culturally competent care plans, and uphold the standards of nursing practice as per the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act. Your duties will include clinical judgment, establishing professional relationships, demonstrating clinical leadership, and achieving clinical scholarship through ongoing education and self-reflection.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
- Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and technical knowledge to provide care according to Nursing Policy and Procedures.
