- BLS Healthcare provider certification.
- CPI certification achieved within 3 months of hire.
- Basic nursing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Previous experience in a mental health environment.
