About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the DOU department, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care, coordinating with other care team members, and ensuring the flow of patient care. Your duties will include patient assessment, developing care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

About You

Required:

Current California RN license
Evidence of continuing education
Prior experience in an acute care facility or formal classroom education
Current Basic Life Support Card
Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills
Basic organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Patient assessment
Clinical education related to specialty
Principles of patient/family teaching
