Registered Nurse (RN)

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Lebanon, IN. The role involves providing direct, quality clinical care and serving as a Team Leader to patient care staff.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will lead a team of direct care providers, ensuring the appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensure continuity from admission through discharge, and evaluate residents' physical and emotional status. Additionally, you will identify resident problems and emergency situations, perform lifesaving measures, and complete necessary administrative duties.
