About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool, you will be responsible for providing individualized patient care, communicating with patients and healthcare teams, administering medications, documenting patient assessments, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe transitions of care.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license.
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
- ACLS certification.
- 1 year of critical care or ED nursing experience.
- BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
