As a Registered Nurse in the Ortho/Neuro Trauma Department, you will provide professional nursing services, assess patient needs, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care. You will perform high-risk technical procedures, prioritize patient care activities, and maintain accountability for care decisions.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty within 5 years of employment.
