About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Post Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, guiding patient care activities, and providing educational opportunities for patients and families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired patient outcomes and provide daily direction to support staff.
About You
Required:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa or qualified multistate licensure.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to meet department needs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Previous experience in acute care.
- Preferred professional certification related to clinical specialty.
