As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for assigned patients. You will perform systematic collection and analysis of patient data, administer medications, direct patient care staff, and participate in quality improvement activities. The role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
Preferred:
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience.
