About the Role
As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will be responsible for delivering quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other renal replacement therapies. Your duties will include assessing patient responses to treatment, supervising Patient Care Technicians, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be involved in patient education and ensuring a positive patient experience.
About You
Required:
- Current appropriate state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- One year of RN experience and required nursing skills.
- Minimum 6 months nephrology experience before working independently.
Preferred:
- ICU experience.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing or Apheresis Nursing.
- BLS and ACLS CPR Recognition.
