Your daily tasks will include ongoing communication with patients and healthcare team members, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration to manage patient care from admission to discharge.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
- PALS/ACLS/Telemetry certification
- 1 Year of RN Experience Required
Preferred:
- BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong sense of accountability for improving patient lives
- Exceptional focus on teamwork and patient care
