About the Role
As a Registered Nurse - Staff Trainer, you will be responsible for assessing learning needs, designing educational materials, and leading training initiatives to ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and the RN team to ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and clinical best practices. Additionally, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision of unlicensed direct care associates, ensuring nursing tasks are performed safely and effectively.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience applying regulatory standards and professional nursing guidelines to training, supervision, and program oversight.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to make independent decisions in urgent or emergent situations.
- Ability to provide clinical leadership oversight and guidance to licensed and unlicensed staff.
