Summary
AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH is seeking a Registered Nurse for York County to join their team in Lancaster, PA. The role involves providing homecare services and collaborating with the care team to ensure patient health and independence.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, supervise LPNs and HHAs, and communicate patient progress to the clinical manager. You will also participate in clinical development and continuing education programs, and provide on-call services as assigned.
About You
Required:
- One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current RN license specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
