About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Hackensack Meridian, you will deliver nursing practices based on evidence-based research and nursing policies to ensure safe, individualized patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include ongoing communication with patients and healthcare team members, medication administration using advanced clinical documentation technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration to manage patient care from admission to discharge.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
- Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or be an active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
