About the Role
As a nurse in our facility, you will be responsible for supervising and providing care assignments, developing and implementing resident care plans, observing residents for symptoms and reactions, documenting vital signs and health data, and assisting with staff training to maintain required skill levels.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN or LPN License in good standing.
- Thorough understanding of safe effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of programs such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, and personnel.
Preferred:
- Passion for caring for people.
- Ability to protect the integrity of confidential information and comply with HIPAA.
