About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will assess and diagnose patient needs, develop and communicate care plans, implement nursing interventions, evaluate patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and may be required to remain on campus during severe weather or disasters.
About You
Required:
- Technical Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or Associates Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida or eligible compact state upon hire.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification upon hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification upon hire.
- ACLS Provider certification within 1 year.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
