Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse, BSN for their PCU Flex Pool team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN position requiring a commitment of 1 shift a week, primarily for night shifts.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse for Baptist Health, you will provide care to patients requiring treatment of various medical and surgical conditions. Your responsibilities will include educating patients and families about their disease processes, coordinating care with ancillary services, and acting as a patient advocate. You will also participate in staff meetings and other unit activities, while being flexible to float between different campuses as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of Progressive Care Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Licensed Registered Nurse
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
