As a Registered Nurse - Compliance Partner, you will be responsible for creating and presenting training on clinical compliance topics, performing compliance audits, reviewing medical records for compliance issues, and conducting internal investigations. The position requires travel 70% of the time within Iowa/Nebraska and surrounding areas.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse with 1+ years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing environment.
- Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
