About You
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of operation.
- CPR Certification
- Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
- Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions.
- Experience in wound care including dressing changes and infection prevention.
- Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
- Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses and caregivers.
- Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans.
- Experience in auditing and maintaining compliance with policies.
- Ability to handle staffing issues and patient concerns efficiently.
- Comfortable with on-call responsibilities.
