You will communicate regularly with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and coordinate care effectively.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 1-2 years of recent patient-centered care/nursing experience.
- Current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with one year of hospice care experience.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
