About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care to patients through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care, advocate for patients' rights, and provide education to patients and families. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring patients, responding to emergencies, and adhering to infection control protocols.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
Preferred:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
