About You
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
- Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), with the ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.
- Certification in basic life support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Intermediate or Advance Certification required within 8 weeks of hire.
- 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to meet job responsibilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in another language.
