About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, managing critical situations, documenting patient information, and providing nursing care as directed by physicians. You will also supervise and direct subordinate staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Must have and maintain a State of Georgia Registered Nurses License.
- Basic Healthcare BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS certification.
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of critical care or emergency nursing experience.
- EMT and Paramedic experience may be used to satisfy the 2 years of work experience preferred.
