About the Role
As an OR Circulator RN, you will be responsible for managing the episode of patient care in the operating room, ensuring safe and quality healthcare delivery. This includes direct patient care and supervising nursing assistants and other unlicensed personnel. The position requires participation in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, and may involve on-call duties.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a school of nursing; minimum of Associate degree/Diploma in Nursing required.
- Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
- BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years Operating Room experience as a Registered Nurse Circulator or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Experience as an OR RN Circulator.
- Completion of Periop 101 Course within the last 2 years.
