- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of employment
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment
- Experience in outpatient surgery or similar clinical settings
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
