About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Overflow PCU, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will educate patients and their families about their disease processes and care plans, serve as a patient advocate, and supervise care provided by support staff. This position requires a focus on high-acuity patient care and collaboration with ancillary services.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1-2 years of Cardiac Experience.
- 1-2 years of Telemetry Experience.
- Hospital Experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Conscious Sedation Certification.
- Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
