About the Role
As a Per Diem Field Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plans of Care. Your duties will include medication administration, wound care, infusion therapy, and performing OASIS assessments. You will communicate with the care team regarding patient conditions and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license.
- 1 year of Home Health Medicare experience.
- 1 year of OASIS experience.
- Experience with WellSky Kinnser EMR.
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish speaking.
- Strong wound care and infusion skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
